About Philly Landlord Hub
Philly Landlord Hub is a free educational resource for small, first-time, and accidental landlords in Philadelphia. We created this hub because many property owners end up as landlords by circumstance — inheriting a home, buying a duplex, or renting out a row home — and need clear, local information without a sales pitch.

Philly Landlord Hub is maintained by TCS Management Services, a property management company founded in Philadelphia over 15 years ago and headquartered at 107 S. 2nd St., Suite 300, Philadelphia, PA 19106. The company holds PA License: RB068118. The guides and tools here are free and meant to help you understand your responsibilities as a landlord, whether or not you ever work with us.

How we research our guides
